How to Order

Welcome to Sminka Balloon Studio!

Located at 1/147 Kularoo Drive, Forster NSW, we offer premium quality balloon bouquets, topiary trees and loose balloons for every occasion.

Owned and operated by Ashley & Rachael, who together have over 10 years experience in the retail and party industry.

HOW TO ORDER

To order online, please add all items you are after to your cart.

In the order comments section please specify:

• Date for when you will be picking your order up/want your order delivered or set up date. We recommend that if you are picking up your balloons that you pick them up as close as you can to the starting time of your event so your balloons last longer. 
• Time that you would like to pick your order up (order pick ups start at 9:30am Monday-Saturday and 10:30am Sunday) or delivery time (delivery starting at 10am every day unless urgently required earlier)
• Which balloon colours and/or prints you are after (all colours and prints available are in our "Loose Balloons" section on our website)
• Colour of the weight (if a weight colour isn't specified we will match to the balloons) 

A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in our store and full

payment is required for online orders (50% will be non refundable if a cancellation occurs). Full payment after deposit is required the day before the order date for balloons to be blown up.

Items can be picked up from our studio at 1/147 Kularoo Drive in Forster or we can deliver as per the delivery item costs online.

 Walk ins welcome if calling at least 1 hour ahead.
